On format and contents of the statement of claim on CPC of the Russian Federation

The article deals with topical issues of the civil process, in particular, the format and contents of the statement of claim; being an important document of the civil process it must be formed in accordance with the CPC of the Russian Federation. The author offers the exact interpretation of the text of the law, stating that if it is formed by the rules of the Russian Federation CPC it will hereinafter promote correct and well-timed consideration of the civics in the Court of general jurisdiction.
