On the formation of holding companies in agro-industrial complex

The author of the article analyzed the mechanism of formation of agroholding property type in the agro-industrial complex in Tambov region. The main factors that determine the effectiveness of association property resources of the productive sector of the integrated form, as well as major problems in the functioning agro-holdings. Suggest possible, according to the author, how to address them.
