Revisited the legal terms functions of modern administrative legislation

The author gives an overview of scientific views on the general concept of a term, analyzes the peculiarities of the legal terms, the mechanism of their origin, as well as their signs. On the bases of the analysis of sources the author puts forward rational demands (rules) on the wording of the law terms in the texts of the normative legal acts. In conclusion, the author points out to the important functions the terms play in legal texts.
