On the genesis of cognitive ideas in light of modern neuroscience achievements: drawing conclusion

The article contains some results of the research of art cognitive nature as a predictive cognitive matrix that determines the intellectual thesaurus of a person at the earliest prenatal and postnatal periods of his development. The research results allow us to look at the genesis of scientific discoveries from a certain angle, which is a further, very promising vector for continuing work in order to make a feasible contribution to solving the problem of genius, which is so relevant in the science of the present time.
