To the question about the legal nature and socially dangerous consequences of evasion from discharge of duty provided by part 2 of article 21 of the Criminally-Remedial Code

Legal and criminological features of concealment of crimes by officials of law enforcement bodies are analyzed in the article. The treatment of this law infringements as encroachments on interests of the justice, which have the raised public danger, characterized to the crimes, is proved.
