The question of the comprehensiveness of means to eliminate obstruction of the investigation

Based on the analysis of scientific literature, materials of law enforcement practice and official statistical data, the article examines the modern concept, content and forms of counteraction to the investigation of crimes, which, to varying degrees, almost always exists in the detection and investigation of crimes, undoubtedly complicating the work of law enforcement officers, in some cases allowing interested parties to significantly influence its result, especially when it is carried out by members of organized criminal groups, with modern technical equipment and the use of corrupt connections. The need to develop adequate means of eliminating obstruction to the investigation is considered, and the expediency of their integrated application is determined.
