Modern polymer composite structural materials (PCM) used in aircraft, valued for their specific strength characteristics. This is achieved by designing the various composite structures ways: using variations kinds of reinforcing materials and laying them in the desired directions relative, polymer matrices and their content in the plastic, and methods of curing temperature, time and physical properties (e.g., compression pressure). Clearly, the material must have the necessary operation for its elastic-strength characteristics. These parameters are designed, usually a combination of different types of filler and polymer matrix with known characteristics. For effective use of the mechanical characteristics of the material is necessary to solve the optimization problem: the best congruence straining fields and counter stand fields. At the level of detail is achieved by different kinds of structural reinforcements. The distribution of stress field inside the material structure (elementary volume), matrix/fiber phases, the matrix/defect, the fiber/defect al. Depends on the reinforcement and valve arrangement in the bulk material. The composites on the basis of tissue fillers problem is reduced to the installation of reinforcing layers in different directions relative to the substrate. The correct solution of the problem described above is one of the key factors in increasing the resource of parts and their structural improvement. The complexity of the problems solved by modern industry often requires complex engineering analysis, including the interaction of various physical phenomena and regions (solid mechanics, fluid mechanics and gas, electromagnetism, etc.). The combined use of CAE-systems and non-destructive testing methods will help more accurately predict the behavior of a particular part in the operation. The article presents the results of research showing the importance of taking into account the placement scheme for detecting a correlation. So how in plastics based on tissue fillers stress distribution process (including vibrations) complicated by intertwining weft (90°) and a base made statistical analyzes for carbon fiber CMU-11TR mark on the fabric UT-900. Possible options for further research and application of this approach to defining the characteristics of composite materials using nondestructive inspection techniques and sharing with CAE-systems.
