Concerning the forensic description of new terrorism-related crimes

The article discusses the issues related to the forensic description of crimes as one of the fundamental scientific categories of criminalistics. The paper analyzes existing scientific opinions regarding the role of forensic description of crimes in the course of investigation process. The author considers some forensic aspects of terrorism control, presents forensic description of three socially dangerous acts listed in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in November 2013 (Articles 205.3-205.5).
