On the question of criminalization of the Russian society at the beginning of XX century

The article analyses the problem of transformation of legal consciousness and traditional legal culture of the Russian population under emergency conditions of revolutionary situation at the beginning of XX century; covers the causes of the organized crime growth and the main forms of criminal behaviour.
