It seems productive to use the concept of efficiency for the study of social and legal policy, as the latter, firstly, is a relatively new and not yet fully set phenomenon in the Russian legal life, and secondly, as a dynamic process with socially useful purpose, needs in the continuing assessment of its effectiveness.
