Concerning the classification parameters of the state control and supervision

The article presents the classification of control and supervision types. The author describes the bases, according to which the state control and supervision can be divided into groups. Among those bases there are: types of relations between controlling and controlled entities, volume of activities, obligatoriness of execution, mode of implementation, legal consequences of control, and so on. It is concluded that today there is a diversity of types of the state control and supervision, as well as its legal regulation.
