We evaluated clinical data of MSCT exams of knee joints with a further multiplanar reconstruction and compared it with normal anatomy and illustrated correlation. CT anatomy of the knee joint has been displayed in details. CT with 0.6-mm-thin section and further multiplanar reconstruction is an accurate imaging modality for evaluating of soft tissue and joint cartilage.
