On the issue of categorizing robbery according to the Russian Federation criminal processing code

The paper carried out study of features categorizing robbery up to the Criminal Processing Code (a crime specified in Art. 162, the Russian Federation Criminal Code). The paper presents findings interpreting experience of criminal prosecution for robbery in Russia, and features making it possible to discriminate robbery from adjacent crimes are marked out.
