To the question of legal awareness among other forms of social awareness

In the article an attempt to rethink the interrelation of legal consciousness with the adjacent forms of public consciousness in modern Russian conditions is undertaken. The focus is brought to the problems of realization of the legal theory in real public life. By means of this the essence of legal consciousness is defined from the viewpoint of necessity of its development. Legal education is one of the major ways thereof.
