The article draws attention to the imperfection of solving the problem of the administrative offences site. The authors examine the existing legal practice, note the problematic issues associated with determining the site of the administrative offences, characterize their importance in the law enforcement, formulate proposals aimed at improving the legislation on administrative responsibility.
