To the question about methods to attract the brainpower involved in the work in the gulag system (on the example of «Yeniseystroy», MIA, USSR)

The article shows basic methods to attract the brainpower involved in the work in the GULAG system. Mainly, the article considers the features of attracting highly skilled specialists to the work in secret research institutes and centers of the main branch «Yeniseystroy», MIA, the USSR. In early 1950-ies they became the intellectual base for the forced development of geology in the Krasnoyarsk territory being a top-priority project in the Soviet Union.
