On the issue of models of control activities in foreign countries

The article updates the need for a clear regulatory and legal distinction between the control and supervisory functions of the state on the basis of political science analysis on a scale correlated with the interests of society. In the process of carrying out control activities, the priority in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan is to ensure the normal functioning of the state apparatus. When exercising supervision over the strict implementation and observance of norms, the state acts as a defender of the interests of society, as a guarantor of ensuring a state of regulation and order.
