To a question of the moment of the end of fictitious registration of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in the place of stay in premises in the Russian Federation

Purpose: Definition of the moment of the termination of such crime as fictitious registration of the foreign citizen or person without citizenship in the place of stay in premises in the Russian Federation. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article approaches to definition of the moment of the end of fictitious registration of the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in the place of stay in premises in the Russian Federation are considered. On the basis of the analysis of jurisprudence and provisions of the theory of criminal law the solution of the designated problem is proposed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the sufficient scientific value as represents attempt of judgment of the significant legal phenomena.
