Concerning the municipal perspective of the innovation policy

The article studies the problems of innovative activity development at the municipal level. The authors define and justify the content of the 'municipal innovative system' category, and describe in detail municipal innovative politics as a complex of local government's actions, programs and decisions focused on the reinforcement of the innovative activity in the municipal territory, the increase of efficiency of this activity for capitalization of scientific and technological potential of the municipal entity.
