Concerning informal social practices in the socio-labor sphere

The article considers the current problem of widespread informal social practices. The concept of informal social practices in the labor sphere is presented. It is the non-conformity with the legislative regulation that makes the social practices informal. It is emphasized, that various scholars define informal social practices in different ways in the contemporary sociological literature. It is concluded that there can be distinguished two approaches to the interpretation of the informal social practices.
