Purpose: Consideration of topical issues of activity of the lawyer in court with participation of jurors. Methodology: The author applied a historical and legal method, a formal-legal method, a method of the included supervision. Results: In article criminal procedure and tactical aspects of lawyer activity in court with participation of jurors are analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: Work is of the high scientific value as is attempt of the modern analysis of lawyer activity in a jury in Russia.
