The need for a private criminalistic methodology of crime investigation associated with changes in the marking for vehicles

A private forensic technique for investigating certain types and groups of crimes with its relationally isolated subject, cognitive potential and independent methodological tools occupies a special place in the overall structure of forensic scientific knowledge. In this article, the author examines the doctrinal provisions of the methodological and forensic support for the investigation and crime investigation and presents the conceptual and methodological foundations of a private forensic methodology for investigating crimes related to the change of vehicle markings. These fundamentals should serve as the foundation and determine the direction vector in the formation of a private investigation technique for crimes of a research orientation in order to obtain effective scientific products.
