To the issue of the necessity to define the purpose and objectives of legal regulation in the field of artificial intelligence, cyber-physical systems, robots and robotics

The authors of the paper, aiming to determine the issues of goal-setting of legislative regulation of cyber-physical systems, neural systems created on the basis of artificial intelligence, robots and robotics objects, believe that the general goal-setting is due to a complex of internal and external factors associated with the discrepancy of the regulatory framework of new technological conditions and the level of development of science and technology, the emergence of new problems of the globalization process, the struggle for technological superiority. The authors of the paper conclude that the formulation of problems of legal regulation in the field under study depends on the formulation of not only general but also specific goals of improving legislation in the field of artificial intelligent systems and robotics.
