To the Question of the Need for Transformation of the Human Rights Protection System in the Conditions of Opportunities and Risks of Digitalization of Social Development

Th e publication is devoted to aspects of digital transformation and their impact on the protection of human rights and the state of human rights systems. Th e infl uence of digital technologies on the dynamism of human rights protection is stated, the main directions of promising digital transformations of human rights systems in modern conditions are highlighted: promising digital transformations of human rights systems in modern conditions, as well as the use of end-to-end digital technologies to strengthen and develop tools and institutions for the protection of human rights.
