To the issue of the need to make changes to the classification of technology and tactics of the game of a field player in football

The study attempts to scientifically substantiate the need to amend the current classification of long-distance ball passes by young football players playing in 7x7 and 9x9 teams (formats), taking into account the playing space. Arguments are presented in favor of supplementing the classification of a football player's playing technique in the section on passing the ball to a partner using the chest and hip, as well as kicks into the goal using the hip and chest. Based on the results of the generalization of information from scientific and methodological literature, as well as the results of the analysis of video recordings of football matches, trends in changes in the ball passing distance in short, medium and long segments among young football players were established. Among qualified football players, the values of “forced” actions associated with passes and kicks using the hip, chest in various European and world matches were determined. The presented materials indicate the advisability of including a separate block in the classification of football technique in the field player section, designated as forced or rarely used techniques.
