More on non-traditional religious organizations in Russia

The article analyzes the period of active distribution of non-traditional religious organizations. We define the concepts of "traditional" and "non-traditional" religious organizations, and their features, find out the factors, which contributed to the emergence of non-traditional religions in Russian society, and the reasons, why non-traditional religious organizations cannot take the place of traditional confessions. We have revealed a number of stages that non-traditional religious organizations went through in the Russian society, and their features. It is concluded, that non-traditional religions are relevant and able to modernize, and their further development is associated with global trends in the religious sphere.
