To the issues about use of special knowledge in the field of chronobiology in investigation of violations of the safety rules for the traffic and operation of air transport

The article notes the need of forensic psychophysiological examinations with the involvement of specialists in the field of chronobiology (biorhythmology) for several cases of investigation of criminal violations of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport. In the author's opinion, such expert studies can provide important, forensically significant information about the psychophysiological state of the person who piloted aircraft during the emergence and development of an emergency situation that resulted in an accident.
