Concerning promising studies of the political corruption in Russia

The article studies political corruption that we face, for it is inseparable from the government and its bureaucratic element. The government system during all the period of historic development sought the way to convert the only thing in its possession - the administrative resource - into the real assets; this is the main source of such a socially dangerous phenomenon as the political corruption.
