To the question of the concept and signs of business activity

In article it is made the analysis of definition of business activity. The conceptual maintenance of this institute is studied. On the basis of definition intrinsic signs of business are characterized and the role of this institute in realization of the constitutional rights by the citizen in modern social and economic conditions is revealed.
