To the question about the concept and scope of smart contracts

In article the analysis of the current state of standard legal regulation and legislative initiatives in relation to the conclusion of transactions by means of smart contracts is carried out, the existing approaches to definition of a concept and the legal nature of «smart contract» are considered. Possible scopes of the smart contract are defined with the current state of development of technology a blockchain, features of the smart contract and the existing risks at the conclusion of transactions with his use are noted.
