The issue of the concept and contents of real estate as an object-matter of the civil rights

The article is devoted to the analysis of the existing viewpoints on the concept and characteristic features of the real estate as an object-matter of the civil rights. Seemingly, even in the existence of the accurate concept of the real estate fixed in the law, there appears a wide spectrum of disputes on defining something as a real estate in research literature and legislative practices. The author comes to the conclusion about need of a more detailed regulation of characteristic features of an immovable thing that will allow to reduce emergence of practical mistakes in this sphere.
