To a question on concept of moral harm in civil law of Russia

The analysis of moral harm in civil law is carried out by the author in article during an estimation of character of physical and moral sufferings of the individual: it the conclusion becomes that moral sufferings are reflected in creation of the victim and connected with its emotional condition. The estimation of the size of indemnification is offered to them depending on a financial position of the person to which harm is done.
