On the question of the concept of martial law

Introduction: in the article, the author explores the complex and multilevel institution of martial law, compares the current legislative consolidation of the concept of martial law with scientific approaches to its definition. Conducts a retrospective analysis of the concepts of martial law, identifies the signs inherent in martial law. The analysis is carried out through the prism of constitutional norms and federal laws governing the operation of special legal regimes.
