On the popularization of the proactive approach in strategic planning

This study attempts to characterize the key ideas of the proactive approach to strategic planning and identify factors influencing its popularization in business. The essence of the proactive approach and its related methods of organizing business activities are examined. Practical aspects of the proactive approach to strategic planning are explored, along with its tools and methodological foundations. The growing popularity of the proactive approach is noted due to the dynamism of the economy and the increasing value of digital technologies in business. Based on the research findings, conclusions are drawn about the role of the proactive approach in ensuring business readiness for constant changes.
