The article discusses topical issues of training management personnel in the context of digital transformation based on the use of training models that provide management personnel with the formation and development of the necessary competencies, taking into account the requirements of the digital economy. One of these models is proposed by the authors of the article. The proposed model is based on the active inclusion in the educational process of training on simulators, simulators and training of management personnel using massive open online courses. The advantages of introducing an adaptive educational online platform to improve the quality of training for managers are described. It is emphasized that the platform will allow for automated online diagnostics of the current managerial competencies of specialists based on machine learning algorithms. The results of the study are aimed at increasing the efficiency of training management personnel for organizations of the national economy.
