The article deals with the legal regulation of succession of the funded component of a retirement pension to his / her assignees justifying its imperfections in the context of implementation and the principle of social justice. The author suggests a method of shortcomings elimination in the legal regulation aimed at unambiguous interpretation of the retirement savings succession and its wider application in practice.
