To the issue of the pharmaceuticals use legal aspects in sport

There are some legal issues of pharmaceuticals intake by professional sportsmen in their sport activity to be considered. The relevance of the article is expressed in the existence of many doping conflicts of international as well as national levels, arising on the basis of legal uncertainty and insufficient regulation in this field. The aim of this research is to analyze the existing legal regulation in the field of pharmaceuticals intake in sport, reviewing of the main admission and control procedures of pharmaceuticals intake and identifying the main current problems. As a result of the research which is made by its authors, there are the following problems related to the legal aspect: insufficient update of the regulatory framework according to fast science and technology development; regulation of certain issues without taking into account significant features that provoke difficulties in distinguishing concepts, blurring of responsibility, and the lack of the unified rules of responsibility for the use of doping both at the international and national levels.
