In article the data of official statistics on a condition of migratory crime in Russia over the last ten years are analyzed. Actual problems of crime of foreign citizens and victimization of migrants are considered. Measures for the prevention of both commitment of crimes by foreign citizens, and victimization of migrants are offered.
