On the issue of the causality of the phenomenon of corruption in local government in the Vladimir region

At the current historical moment, the formation and development of a new statehood of Russia is underway. Political and economic measures of pressure on our country, including the imposition of sanctions and restrictions by unfriendly States, the severance of diplomatic ties have led to a revision of approaches and principles in public administration. In the current difficult socio-economic conditions, close attention is paid to measures to combat corruption at all levels of government, but especially at the municipal level, because it is this level of government as the primary link of interaction with entrepreneurs, socially vulnerable segments of the population, and other categories of citizens that should ensure the stability of enterprises and organizations, safe and favorable living conditions for citizens.
