To the question on application of imitating modelling by method Monte-Karlo in problems of the estimation of fundamental cost

The author examines the conditions of applicability of a method of imitating modelling of Monte-Carlo to problems of estimation of objects of real estate. In order to analyze the conditions of applicability of modelling to an estimation of the real estate by the method of the discounted monetary streams conducts research of sensitivity of results of modelling to change ranges pricing parameters, to statistical distribution and interdependence of these parameters. Recommendations about minimization of price deviations at calculation of fundamental cost of the real estate are made.
