Concerning compulsory treatment of persons with disorders of sexual preference

The article examines the disorder of sexual preference as a basis of application of compulsory treatment. Currently, the court may impose compulsory medical measures, along with the punishment, on a convicted person who has committed a crime against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom. Because of the nature of the psyche anomalies, the propensity of such individuals to repeat a crime, it appears necessary to make compulsory treatment mandatory.
