On suspension of work due to delayed payment of salary

This article analyses the problems connected with the right of workers to suspend operations due to delayed payment of wages, in particular, issues relating to the payment for the time of works suspension. The urgency of the study issue is due to the novelty of this institution in the Russian labour law, and due to problems in the practice of law.
