On the issue of the problems of constitutional and legal protection of entrepreneurship

The author in this scientific work examines the problems associated with the constitutional and legal relations that are developing regarding the conduct of entrepreneurial activity. Thus, the features of the constitutional and legal protection of entrepreneurship are considered. The fundamentals of judicial protection of entrepreneurship are analyzed, the limits under which restriction of the rights of entrepreneurs is permissible are indicated.
