On the issue of the problems of appointment and obtaining expert opinions

In this article, the authors analyzed archive materials of the Krasnoyarsk Territorial Bureau of forensic medical examination of 2015-2019 (a decision to arrange the second forensic examination). Examples of repeated technical medical expertises are provided held since the primary forensic examination at the Department for Complicated Tests of the Territorial State Budgetary Healthcare Facility of the Krasnoyarsk Territorial Bureau of forensic medical examination, that are assigned according to the valid regulations (under article 207, paragraph 2 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure). The recommendations proposed by the authors are promising in terms of improving the quality of work of the Territorial State Budgetary Healthcare Facility of the Krasnoyarsk Territorial Bureau of forensic medical examination and achieving a specific goal in the form of reducing the number of repeated examinations.
