On the issue of the procedure of state cadastral registration of real estate objects that have ceased to exist

State cadastral registration is the main tool for giving real estate objects the legal status by entering relevant information into the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Most subjects of civil legal relations, namely: individuals, legal entities and public legal entities - the Russian Federation, its subjects and municipalities, have rights to real estate objects belonging to them, which means that they have somehow encountered state cadastral registration procedures.
