To the issue of procedural interaction between the prosecutor and the jury

The article considers the basics of procedural interaction between the prosecutor and jurors. The importance of correct organization of such interaction in accordance with normative legal acts is shown. Specific duties and challenges of participation of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings with the participation of jurors are analyzed.
