The article is devoted to the development based on the analysis of literary sources and materials of the judicial-investigative practice of a set of recommendations for the interrogation of persons who have committed a crime against a person due to sudden feelings. The author examines the role and tactical features of interrogation, taking into account both the procedural position and personal characteristics of individuals, as well as the established investigative situation.
