To the question of a search warrant in criminal cases in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking

The article is devoted to the analysis of tactical aspects of the search warrant in criminal cases under investigation of crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking. The necessity of usage of the results of investigative activities in preparing for the search is being discussed. The method of additional search as one of the most effective and efficient ways of identifying and withdrawal of drugs is proposed for the practical use, which is considered to be effective in the fight with drug crimes in general.
