The issue of recognition of forensic causality in the crime

Introduction: the issues of investigation of crimes has always seemed relevant to law enforcement and the reason for this lies in the need to ensure stable social development which contributes to the tendencies of formation of legal state, able to ensure full respect for the rights of its citizens. Materials and Methods: in the course of the study, we used the method of scientific analysis, comparative legal method. Results: the paper deals with the current issues associated with the problems of establishing causality criminalistics ways and means in the process of disclosure and investigation of crimes, and trial of the criminal case.
