The article deals with law specification in the context of its forms and kinds, emphasizing differentiation between such categories as “form” and “kind” of the law specification. The author suggests to separate specification forms according to the legal regulation stage, on which the legal standard is specified. The specification kinds are distinguished within the specification forms.
